BRIC Curatorial Internship

Paid, school-year fellowship for NYC high school students interested in art curation, exhibition design, and arts marketing, hosted at BRIC’s Brooklyn galleries. Fellows collaborate in cohorts of 8–10 to develop a theme, solicit artwork, install exhibits, create promotional materials, and support public programming.

Paid, school-year fellowship for NYC high school students passionate about media production, festival curation, and event promotion, based at BRIC in Brooklyn. Fellows develop a film festival: theme creation, submission review, media production, marketing materials, and festival execution.

BridgeUP: STEM – Brown Scholars Program

This free multi-year program hosted by the American Museum of Natural History supports high school girls in learning computer science and conducting research in biology. Participants receive mentorship, attend coding workshops, and present their work publicly.

Open to 9th and 10th grade girls attending NYC public or charter schools; applicants must identify as female or nonbinary and demonstrate interest in STEM.

This program offers NYC public high school students the chance to explore careers in theater production, management, and administration through internships with major Broadway organizations. Interns gain behind-the-scenes experience and attend workshops with theater professionals.

Paid nine‑month apprenticeship for NYC teens interested in urban agriculture, environmental education, and horticulture through Brooklyn Botanic Garden in Brooklyn.

NYC students in grades 9–11 (rising 9th graders in Tier 1; rising 10–11 or those who’ve completed prior tiers for higher levels).
